I didn't deal with the business. I only dealt with Keri Stretch, a real estate agent, who did a wonderful job advertising my house and helping me get through issues such as an undersized septic tank in the middle of a pandemic. She was always available for showings and always gave helpful advice about things to do to make the house shows better. Because of the pandemic, our closing took place a week after we left for Florida and Kerri checked the house out every day for us. We worked together for almost a year (held up 9 months because of septic tank issues) and she did a great job!. I totally recommend her.

Kerri helped us sell a family member's home that needed a lot of love and TLC. For years he had not been able to physically take care of the home he had designed and built. She brought in a team of people to help clean and organize things, had many showings and offers, and sold the house for him as he moved into a Retirement Facility.
